Three Second Decree - Bite-Sized Blog

My boss came into my office last week, with a dramatic gesture flung all my projects to the floor, and with that crazy smile of his shouted "Blogging!", so I looked into all the major blogging software, investigated the best hosting services, checked up on the most popular topics, came up with an interesting angle on blogs, and this morning was just about to get started, but then my boss came in, flung the blogging stuff of my desk, and shouted "Podcasting!"
